When do emails go out?
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM in each prospect's own time zone. You can include weekends if you want to.
What does Recovery Mode do?
When a mailbox starts to struggle, Recovery Mode takes it out of rotation automatically, puts it back through warm-up and swaps in another mailbox so your campaign keeps going.
How do you watch deliverability?
Every mailbox gets a health score, every IP and domain is checked against blocklists daily, and IP and domain reputation is tracked over time.
